Terms & Risk Disclosure

1. What Makhez is
Makhez is a rule-based market-monitoring and signal service. It scans markets using a fixed multi-timeframe process and, depending on the access mode you choose, sends you signals, places trades on an exchange account you connect, or operates a managed account. Nothing on this site is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
2. Trading carries a real risk of loss
Trading leveraged instruments, including cryptocurrency and forex, can result in the loss of some or all of the capital you commit, and in some cases losses larger than expected, for example when price gaps past a stop level. Past results, backtests and displayed example trades do not guarantee future results. No outcome, win rate or return is promised or implied. Only commit money you can afford to lose.
3. Strategy behaviour
The strategy is selective. Long periods with no signals are normal. Individual trades will lose; the process aims to control the size of each loss with a stop-loss placed in advance, but a stop-loss can fill at a worse price than intended in fast or illiquid markets.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own trading decisions, account security and the accuracy of the details you provide.
- If you connect an exchange account, use API keys limited to the permissions the service needs, and never share withdrawal permission.
- You must be of legal age and permitted by the laws where you live to use these services.
5. Accounts, plans and payments
Access depends on the plan you hold. The free trial is limited as described on the pricing section. Payments and withdrawals for funded accounts are processed and approved as described in your signed client agreement. Subscription fees already paid for a period in progress are not refundable except where the law requires it.
6. Service availability
The service depends on third-party data providers, exchanges and messaging platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and signals or orders can be delayed, missed or rejected because of outages or exchange conditions outside our control.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Your signed client agreement, where you have one, takes precedence over this page.
